1. Agreement
By using vCardMe you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts & registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must provide accurate information during registration.
3. Payments & refunds
Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle. All payments are processed by the payment provider (Razorpay/Stripe). Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact support@vcardme.in.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading you grant vCardMe a worldwide license to host, display and distribute that content to provide the service.
5. Prohibited uses
You may not use the service to:
- Upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
6. Disclaimer & liability
vCardMe provides the service "as is" and disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time via account settings.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the company operates. Please consult legal counsel for specific advice.
